That's exactly how it works.

Banks won't loan a penny for any property unless an appraisal has been done.

It's the American Liberal media that simply can't go a moment without talking about an ex president everyday. Litterally every single day liberal media makes a story about the ex president. EVERY Fcuking day.

But through your eyes, If someone comments or reacts to something your side of the political spectrum conjured up: "OMG ******* Trummper!!"

It's my current belief that the Trump organization has done many things against US law. I will let the investigation proceed before taking a more firm opinion.

Lol of course you will.

- Let the investigation proceed before more firm opinion!
- But it's still your belief that they've done many illegal things!

I'm glad you're so impartial though.

Ffs of course you're not impartial or unbiased - just like you're not impartial or unbiased in the Rittenhouse discussions, even though you claim to be lol. If you think he's guilty of something - and you clearly do, then say so.

The "tell" according to many news services was the charge changing from a civil to a criminal matter. I will let the misc legal minds decifer why the change and what that could mean.

Yes, because I'm sure the NY DA had absolutely zero reasons before they opened the investigation and officially informed the Trump organization.

Perfect analogy.

So in other words, an event occurred that directly caused the deaths of 4 people, and congress wanted to get to the bottom of it. Congressional investigations are routinely done for less, and are nothing but a dog-and-pony show. On the other hand, we have a state AG unilaterally deciding to investigate a former president's organization, for no reason at all. See the difference?

Nah. I don't think that an ongoing investigation into potential criminal activity is actually "libs making news about the ex-President." It's really more like law enforcement doing their job.

Or what - do you now think that businesses should NOT be investigated if there is reasonable grounds to believe they've committed financial fraud? Or maybe you just think that Trump should never be investigated, and doesn't need to abide by the law?
