Is bulking on vegan diet possible?

I want to start adding mass, but 3,000+ calories through vegan diet seems really difficult. Lots of farting, fiber, stomach pain. It will only get worse as I progress and increase cals. I am willing to eat a omnivorous bulk if it is impossible and then vegan for maintenance.

Also I heard deadlift is bad for your back. Scared of doing it since im tall and bend over all the time. Thoughts?

only bigger sign would be God himself coming down on Earth to tell you to stop being stupid.

Your best bet are probably fried foods, pastas with high fat vegan sauces, fried nuts/almonds, dried fruits, pizzas with vegan ingredients, burritos with soy/tofu, high calorie sauces, guacamole, vegan pastries, etc.

Actually, nuts and dried fruits are probably some of the most calorie dense foods on this planet, you could always mix it up with a vegan protein shake and you can easily get a lot of calories. 3K calories isn't that difficult to consume even on a vegan diet.

As for deadlifts being bad for your back, no if you take the time to learn good form and train not train like a retard.

First thing you need is to find this one alpro soymilk chocolate drink. Its 1 liter with 50g of protein and like 700kcal. Then every morning make a shake with your blender that has bananas/blueberries/cocoa and soy/oat milk and like 100gs of oats, thats like another 1000kcal with 50gs of protein. Also chug down a soy protein shake with high protein soy milk thats 500kcal with 50 protein. After that its childs play. You welcome.

If you cant do conventional start stretching your legs for sumodeadlifting. Its easier on your back and has more glute/quad activation.
This. Ive drank 2L soy milk for the past 5 years

Just lol at the propaganda

I doubt 3k cals a day will end up being enough for me. I down 1k a meal pretty fkkn easy. That being said I don't want to get carried away and go dreamer bc of monster appetite.

What is ur experience with vegan protein sources. Do you really need to add 20% more or is that carnivorecel propoganda?

Data trend are pointing towards vegan diets as being fairly unhealthy for humans. Injury potential just goes up tremendously.
