If you are not hiring male Asian overseas students for your teams/businesses just lol
They are the best ever:
a) If they come from Vietnam, China etc they have a massive culture of conformity because they haven't removed the one-party socialist system (even though they rid themselves of a socialist planned economy). Even the ones that were never communists like South Korea and Japan still have that culture due to the Dynasty/Empire times, where the ruling royalty was much more hard-handed than the Western ones.
Makes it hard for them to say no.
b) Even if the kid hates the field and job his mom and dad pushed him into it most likely and perceptions and disappointment won't allow them to quit. "I hate accounting but it is very valuable to companies so useful for money" -> Have only heard this from an Asian with complete disregard to his emotional well-being.
Will continue to work on it until rope.
c) If they have come to the West as students and are in STEM-ish fields they will have **** dating prospects.
Won't have a life.
So all this you can push them hard as **** so you get almost two employees for the price of one. srs

I run a fairly large global organization and the following is literally the average type of response I receive during interviews:
The millennial/zenial American during an interview - "Will I have a dedicated office even though this job is virtual when I decide to come into the office?, what are the travel benefits?, how many days off?, do you have Apple product deals for employees? Do you have safe space offices if I experience trauma or anxiety, Do you have on-site counselors to help me deal with the stress caused by work?, Can I work from anywhere - Like the van I converted into a camper while in Yellowstone?"
Guys from asia/bric countries - "Power goes off in my area due to fighting and unrest but we have a backup generator. I can assure you I wont miss work. Im also working on my PHD to add value to the company. I like to work weekends to get extra experience and provide value".
...but but.."The boomers ruined the economy for this younger generation. There are no jobs for us - REEEEEEE!"

9/10 latinas: dress nice for any occasion, randomly suck ur dik in the car on the way to a date, actually cook

so you outsource hard
so you outsource hard
...and what is challenging is it is creating a HUGE gap in the skill set in the American economy that no one is talking about. The Engineers on my teams are all in their 40s and there isnt a fresh crew coming behind them because we are forced to go offshore. In 20 years we are going to have huge issues with an unresolvable skill gap in our service based economy.

Lol at thinking a Chinese foreign worker isn't just going to report everything back to the CCP that's holding their family hostage and keeping tabs on them.

I actually live with 3 of them and I actively encourage them to stop listening to the conventional BS their parents control their lives with.
They won't listen because they hope their IB gig will leave them with at least 30 mins to take out a paid white girl to sniff her feet.
Whereas Asian girls get excited when I do that to them so their sushi can get wet before I enter. Lol'd at sex offender.
