They're pretty much all already doing that. Most/all reputable exchanges (or ones that play by the rules) were strong-armed into this around 2018.

It's only when cashing out. If you intend to hodl until the dollar collapse you can negate all of this.

Well the tax code already exists, you can't escape it. This is just something to help the IRS in its enforcement of laws already on the books. Even wh0res and drug dealers have to pay taxes. Tax evasion was how they got Al Capone.

Once the SEC, CFTC or some consumer protection agency comes in (which will inevitably happen given all the manipulation going on in crypto), then its over boyo.

SEC is already heavily involved in crypto.

People who think agencies can somehow stop this global technology baffle me.

The absolute worse thing they can do is completely ban crypto to fiat trades. While a huge blow, the market would adapt and recover.

They can't even stop people from using drugs.

40k BTC support keeps flexing.

It's a battle between 40k support and 42k resistance whose gonna win? I think it moves big either way if one breaks.

To my knowledge, the SEC hasn't actually come out and said "cryptos are securities". If they were to do so, it wouldn't be an outright ban of crypto trading, it would just require cryptos to register with the SEC (i.e., IPO and the periodic reporting requirements, or else qualify under one of the exemptions, which would effectively eliminate a public secondary market) - but the net result would be a ban because I can't imagine how a crypto actually complies. Moreover, cryptos really are not securities IMO.

Also don't think it is realistic that they find that cryptos fall under CFTC. Think the most likely scenario is that enforcement gets booted to a consumer protection agency.

This stuff needs to die. The longer this stuff is around, the worse for the market.

Algos just trading BTC between 39 to 40k bouncing between 70 and 30 RSI. Just needs big buy order to push it past when it gets to the top. Instead whales are dumping when it gets to the bottom

1 minute after I post this there is a big 4% BTC gain in a 5 min candle.

-50% in one week and you guys want more?

The **** out of here. Notice how all the FUD is gone? Elon stopped being a cuck, PBOC didn't actually ban bitcoin, all the "regulation" headlines have stopped, all the big shorts and put options have closed or expired. We wiped out half of margin interest on futures.

We're going to keep bleeding up until everyone gets bullish again, then dump 10 or 20% and go sideways for days if not weeks. Then we can decide if we want to go to 25k or 100k.

I'm long, sold 70% at 40k, about to sell the rest here in the 43's, don't @ me

Entire market seems to be moving together almost 1:1 percentage wise. I'm wanting BNB to break back to 500+ without all this resistance but I'm sure it will break real soon. I hope it is upward and not downward.

1k is the next BNB target. BNB is still underpriced
