Scaling into IPOEW. Opening position at $4.00 I think banks definitely have legs to go up as interest rates get pushed up. Sofi about to have it's charter and IMO its going to disrupt brick and mortar banking in the near future. I think Sofi is going to hold up in the $10-$15 range which will be perfect for me to test out selling calls against my warrant positions.

Fuark brahs, had to put down my best friend of 10yrs. Would honestly rather my port go to zero than to have had to do that.

Damn, so sorry brah. It's been 5 years since I lost my boy and my princess (less than 3 months apart...) and it still hurts. I wish I had some advice, but all I can say is don't try to be strong. Hurt as badly and for as long as you want, just don't allow yourself to go too deep/dark. Eventually you will get a little more numb to it, but then you can just remember the chit that made you laugh and smile. Also see sig.

Ty men both on recharge. Definitely crazy how much we end up loving our pets by the time that they reach the end of the line. Brought him out to our family farm today and gave him a proper burial. Hoping his 'brother' holds up alright they had been together all of their lives.

positions I'm still holding:

Altu - $2300 loss
ALTUW - $8000 loss
Avan - $500 loss
BWAC - $700 loss
BWAC/W - $5700 loss
IPOD/W - $8100 loss
CVII - aboput even
NVSA split units - about even
SRNG - about even
CVII - about even
PSTH/W - $70 in the green

rest I've sold off anywhere from a 2% loss to making 2-5%

debating whether I should ditch the ALTU warrants and just eat the loss? will the market be at all receptive to a company that makes supersonic planes? (aerion). The commons I could at least hold onto and redeem later on for a smaller loss (bought at $11.48, they're sitting at $9.78)
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

My holdings aren't doing sheit other than the 200 IPOE warrants I bought at $4.

Also random question- do warrants usually hold in the $1-$1.50 range assuming the commons are trading in the $9-11 range post merger?

Seems like they do. CLOV warrants were trading over $2 until yesterday somehow and MPLN are $1.60. Even HOFV warrants are over a buck.

Tempted to buy some STIC warrants at around the $2 area. Barkbox seems pretty legit w/60% margins. My thought is to buy them, hold till shares are trading in the $12-15 range then sell CCs against them

I have just under 50,000 warrants still. Haven't sold any.

Lol I saw that, I sold out of altu warrants a couple weeks back when it was trading at a similar price to oacb. Was a no brainer to switch my warrants.

How long does altu have before it gets dissolved? Tempted to put my 6 month emergency fund into commons that I can get 5% back on within a year or so. Anything around $9.50ish seems to fit that again if there is certainty it’ll be dissolving soon or merging and the redemption option is there

Chamath doing an AMA on r/spacs despite every other post being

"Snake oil salesman"
"Hurr durr CLOV"

Feel like having IPOF/IPOD calls was a bad idea lmao. I think they have a merge target by July for IPOF ofc... but I don't think SPAC commons are gonna move like they used to pre-merge. That kinda sucks, but I can hope that with IPOE mooning and better Equinox valuation than anticipated boosts my odds of making some $$$

ipoe is trading at 21 and warrants at 7.65?!? holy chit

is equinox really that good of a target or is sentiment just getting that much better for SPACs? I've seen some rebound in my portfolio lately, but nothing even close to that

Rumors swirling from obscure twitter accounts and ofc stocktwits that Chamath is using IPOD/IPOF for Equinox/Impossible foods. If you read his investor thing today he talked about how obesity was a big issue in the US and its root cause is poor nutrition and lack of exercise more or less. Seems legit. Tried to buy more calls before close, but wasn't paying attention to the time... lol fuk.

I obviously have alot to gain here re:IPOF but I honestly don't buy it. Most of the same people were saying it was going to be Rivian to IPOF because of something David Sacks said on the podcast a few weeks ago. I would be pleasantly surprised though.

They did say that they were likely going to SPAC but last I read there was a huge bidding war for them. I guess Chamath could technically offer them the most capital but he's spoken out against inflated valuations lately so idk

I mean, I think he could potentially sell them on his vision for changing the world and the "social" aspect of his group. That and he has the funding in place and assuming he has a solid deal he has a big following as well.
