Finished my cut - reps till out

I've been doing a slow and steady cut since the end of January and I've finally come to a point where I don't want to go further.

I've been eating 2400-3100 calories per day and aiming for 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Never cared about carbs or fats. Mostly been vegetables, oats, milk, protein powder.

I've had 1 cheat meal every wednesday and a cheat day every saturday.

Eerily similar to me at 89kg - going to cut to around 78kg.

I've done very fast cuts in the past. My first cut was 10kg in 7 weeks where only ate around 1600 calories per day. I lost an awful lot of strength and felt like chit.
