Seems legit enough, depends on how lean you are though.
That era had amazing physiques. Check Jim Haislop's X frame.

Second, as a natty, it depends on genetics and what bodyfat % you want to sit at. If you want to be 10% or under, good luck wih being 200lbs at 6'0 as a natty. Probably not going to happen. If you're happy at being more of a mid-range BF (14-15%), it's more attainable.

Jim Haislop had a great physique, so did Reg Park. That era was more aesthetic than any other era of bodybuilding in my opinion.

5’7 10% ~155-165lbs
5’7 14% ~175-185lbs
5’8 10% ~160-170lbs
5’8 14% ~180-190lbs
^^^Pulled these numbers out of my ass, but from 8+ years of lifting, this sounds about right for a natty depending on genetics

the 2 most impressive natties I've ever known were 185 5'9 8-9% and 186 5'8 10%, and before "you have no idea if they were natural or not" losers step in trust me I know more than you regarding this ****, these ****ers were stronger and more developed at 12 years old than 90% of us after 2 years of lifting.
i'm on the lower end of that bell curve, I'd have never been over 150lbs 10% at 5'7

There will always be freaks, but I think most of us aren’t Larry Wheels and would be best served looking at reasonable-for-the-majority statistics regarding peak natty body composition

That said, I don’t think people usually have 30lbs of extra bone mass than others at the same height. Could be wrong - but seems unlikely.

I mean haven’t we all seen blacks the same weight as us or even lighter look considerably bigger than us even though they aren’t? I’ve come across blacks that I think their arms are an inch bigger than mine but they actually measure smaller.

2 best examples off the top of my head are buendia and breon (2 of the most honest pros about their weight they both don't get enough ups for that).
here's breon at 175 5'7

here's a much fatter breon at 195

buendia 5'7 165

buendia at 170 a year before the above pic

now these guys muscles are exaggerated next to a natural persons because of the glycogen retention but really think about how crazy low those weights are to look like that

once you hit 45 is when ive noticed all older guys seem to have been natural born phenoms, just saying if looking at pics of him when he says he weighed 200 but you know damn well he doesnt look like it chances are your eyes are right

Yeah I was just wondering what your percentage was because I was probably around 15% at 170lbs and didn’t look like you, and we are the same height. So that’s possibly a solid example of how people carry weight differently if you were around that percentage.

I'm 5'10 and, assuming 10% body fat, I could never sit at 185. I'm approaching 10%bf at the moment at the end of my cut and I'm going to be revolving around the mid 160s once complete. Putting on an extra 15 pounds of mass, accounting for body composition and all that (the more mass I gain, the lower my overall body fat percentage becomes), at my age seems impossible right now without outside assistance if you know what I mean.
Depends on genetics, your bone density, etc. I had a buddy who was only 5'8 and was able to sit at 185 lean. He's a bloatlord now, unfortunately.
