Is there anything worse then BOOMERS srs, Not all of them are bad but I can't imagine being so out of touch with reality while being equally egotistical.

But the Boomers? It's not just in the heads of millennials. Our last four presidents were boomers from Clinton to Trump. They let terrorists run amok until 9/11 happened. They got us stuck in permanent war. They brought on the worse economic crash since the Great Depression because they wanted to play fast and loose with the markets. They've run up the US debt so much, it's only a matter of time before we turn into Greece. Even on the personal level, they took the wealth their parents generated and squandered it. Sure, they bought a house in the 70s on a middle class salary. But they also inherited their parents' homes when they passed, along with the money saved by a prior generation so scarred by the Depression, they were terrified to spend. When the Boomers die off, what are they leaving for their kids?

Whenever I hear the Genesis song, Land of Confusion, I laugh at the line "my generation will put it right." Because, no, their boomer generation didn't put anything right.

Modern young people are the most pathetic, lazy, entitled group of humans to ever walk the earth. Think they're special and deserve much better than they actually do, hence refuse to work jobs at their level and complain that finding work is impossible because they only ever go for jobs that are way too good for them (so of course their applications don't succeed).

These same idiots knowingly to go to expensive college and study useless majors and then act shocked when their gender studies degree doesn't land them a 6 figure salary immediately upon graduation and think they shouldn't have to pay their loans back. Absolutely sickening. Don't even need to get into the crying about being "offended" and "safe spaces" from the most coddled and least endangered generation in the history of Earth. Send them all back to the 1940s where 16 year old kids would lie about their age to go to ****ing war and die. Then see what they have to complain about some cartoon that is racist.

Millennials and Genz are just entitled brats. There used to be a culture of respect your elders, and in true generate fashion and throwing tradition away, we made a meme that runs counter to that.

I look at how hard my dad worked, my grandparents. My dad is successful, worth multi-millions but that’s even more impressive considering he was abandoned by his mum after the war and grew up in an orphanage. His whole life, he had to fend for himself - a true pick yourself up by the bootstrap man.

Can you imagine that in today’s world? That kid would have every mental illness diagnosed and would be brave and a hero on tik tok.

He worked 3 jobs, provided for his family, had a wholesome wife (no degenerate sloot). Even now in his 70s he continues to work.

Meanwhile, I became semi-succesful because I had every single opportunity. Never any struggle with going to Uni, not going to uni (I went later), support in starting businesses.

****, anyone with over 100 iq and some work ethic can get online, learn a monetisabke skill and earn money from their Pajamas today. I mean anyone, in any part of the world and earn over $200k per year. That’s how ridiculously easy today’s world is.

So no young ones, Boomers did have it harder, they worked harder, they had better values and today’s generation are self entitled, lazy, narcissistic. I think something like 30% of girls want to be famous from a sex tape on a recent survey. Fk the new gen and this world.

Pretty much this. Find me a single engineer, accountant, lawyer, programmer, doctor, plumber, electrician etc. Who studied their craft, worked hard and “can’t find a job”?

These morons literally had the opportunity to study anything they want. And they chose to study some useless degree not having to be too concerned about how they will feed their family in the future because that’s a privilege they got that the boomers never did.

And then they complain about job shortage.

I outsource to 3rd world countries all the time, and even in countries like Philippines, there are a shortage of quality web devs. The good ones earn 5-10x more than the average wage there, they basically live very well. So the opportunities are there, people just aren’t taking it.

The entitlement of kids pushing to increase min wage to $20 lol. The entitlement to demand a job with your useless degree and semi-average grades with no exp.

Very specific, but my dad was also an orphan and worked for what he had.

My peers are working hard, they are definitely not entitled. Doesn't change the fact that wages have stagnated and things like healthcare or education have been completely price gouged. Even people I know high on the corporate ladder are still in student debt.

I don't think this discounts my dad's accomplishments, but times have changed and are always changing. Some people have parents who treat them like chit as well, are they obligated to respect them?

You are projecting the insecurities of your personal advantages on others. Some things are easier, but some things are harder. Things are definitely a lot more complicated and far less affordable than they once were.
