When she complained about it, she got fired (by another sloot lmfao). Initially the based Texas state courts ruled against her, but on appeal the US Soypreme federal courts supported her claims that the sniffing constituted sexual harrassment as defined by Title VII and the sloot plus her white knights made sniffing a bish a jailable offense.

The circumstances of that case were not sexual in nature like in the video though. The co-workers "hovered over her" while she was at her desk. Now, according to the federal government a woman can claim you stood near her too long with the intention to sniff her and you can be jailed. Imagine defending that.
