i always think this when i see ppl on youtube that are "fitness instructors" but they look like a small breeze could blow da mo fuka awayim not talkin just size u can be other kinds of fit dont gotta be bodybuilder big maby just real lean and super conditioned or trainin for a certain activity like free climbin or some crazy mo fukin shiet...

Also being low body fat makes your muscles look better.
