HALP!! I'm gettign MOGGED by currycels

So 2 weeks ago these middle easterns moved onto my block (8 places on this block). And right away the stank of curry started taking over the hallway. 2nd week it even started leaking into my apartment and they are 3 doors down (WTF!). I went and knocked on their door and asked them to use air freshner if they gonna cook heavy smelly **** and they were like talking in some weird alien language so i left. But I pointed at them and waved my hand in front of my nose like i was saying they stink. Soon after i got some stupid warning bout harassing others in my apartment (LOL - it was my first time - i dont think they know what harassing means). Anyways this is bothering me and obviously management not gonna halp me. what do?
