last couple years of regans administration he was suffering with dementia . bush was doing everything behind the scenes.

i forget what it was but in 1980 reagen made a campaign promise, something similar believe it or not to a couple of JFKs and it wasent a year i believe and he had his assignation attempt. that policy/campaign promise after that was never spoke of again
