"Friends"

My "friends" decided to hit up a weekend away together for Memorial Day, no thought of me in mind to invite me.

Sucks, but I need to start cutting off people that only want to be my "friend" when it suits them or when its convenient for them.

Always been the guy that forgives, forgets and moves on, but not anymore.

Feels so good to have blocked each and everyone on of them and for the first time, I feel like I am in control of myself.

got rid of all my friend like 2 years ago bunch of useless *******s dont need people in my life to talk or hang out with prefer to be alone most of the time

Right on. I just blocked one of my closest friends because he made fun of my girlfriends name in a text. He's been trying to see what's up by messaging my family on fb.

Miss my old friends tbh, got invited to some BBQs here but have been too busy with work. People are friendly though so that's nice, and I've got a relationship and pets so that's good, too. Have got a small circle of people that I trust deeply.

I really admire those hermit monks who exist in complete solitude and live in balance with everything around them. Seems like they've got it figured out really. I've got too many attachments for that, maybe it's a good retirement plan in old age.

Nah they were true friends, but we all just moved apart to different parts of the country.

They were there when times were hard and when times were good, and some of them even put their futures on the line when things got serious.

Those are real friends, good time buddies will come and go, but real friends are there through thick and thin.
