It's okay to be slightly afraid. No point in being terrified of something that happens to all of us eventually.

I am afraid I guess of dying for no reason before my time. Getting cut short for nothing.

No, why should I?

Half of my friends are already dead.

We just go back to the place from where we came before our birth.

the nothingness with eternal darkness and silence.

Sleep well brother.

The only thing that scares me about death is the concept if eternity. Whatever may come as we die, that's what scares the chit out of me

That's why we should try to live a fuller and happier life while we still can.

The only way we can be assured of resting in peace when it's finally over.

We all came from that eternity, so nothing will be there for us to be afraid of.

From an existential perspective, I think it's pretty silly to fear the phenomenon of dying.

From a literal perspective, I would be afraid to die horribly like by being buried alive or burnt at the stake or some twisted chit like that.

I would fear dying now because my life is so inadequate in terms of how / what I want it to be.

I often think about how inconsequential my death would be if I were to die anytime soon, and that scares me. Granted, there would be nothing I could do and it would ultimately matter little (probably) in the grand scheme, but that’s how I feel.

On the other hand, few of the after-death scenarios sound ideal, but what can you do lol

Can you imagine your soul and existence getting wiped off this universe forever, and you never existing in any form?

Can never ever see your loved ones again and you're just gone eternally.

Fun thoughts.

Yeah, that isn't real. When you die you're gonna be given another body, instead of being totally annihilated.

Had to willingly face death a number of times, so no. If it's your time it's your time. I'll still spit in his face though.

No but the thought of what comes after does give a chill.

I absolutely love life. I want to experience all of it. Even if there is a heaven/paradise after-life I sure as fook don't want to show up there before I've lived a long life.

Of course. Every sane individual is scared of death.

Human beings are so scared of death we've fabricated fake stories about an afterlife where we live forever in order to feel better about dying.
