Just watched the video. Now regretting it. Phucking messed up man, I'd honestly support a US & Mexico campaign against the cartel.
Would benefit both sides. Get drugs tf out of our country while liberating Mexico from those savages.

The only way to defeat the cartels is not pay them ~250 billion dollars a year and since that's what US citizens are currently funding them in exchange for drugs, business is good.

The US funds most of the drug trade. That is, the US is the main buyer of the drugs coming in from Mexico.
People are depressed here. They want to escape the hardships of life. That is why they turn to drugs. You cannot stop it.
Individuals must look out for themselves and confide in God so that they don't go down the road of drugs.

Just start droning them
They think they're scary finding people and killing them and torturing them
Just put the fear of being exploded anywhere at any time and never know when its coming, brb knowing just your presence could get all your cartel buddies blown up too so you just spend every moment in solitude thinking about what you've done, waiting to be vaporized

I saw that yesterday. I hope that kind of violence from Mexico doesn't come to America.
It is troubling though that Biden has created an open border with Mexico.
"Handcuffing ICE and the Border Patrol, Biden’s imposed de-facto open-borders policy"
https://nypost.com/2021/05/30/bidens...orders-policy/
excerpt:
President Joe Biden is putting ICE on … ice. Combined with his other moves, it’s worse than mere open borders.
Yes, he’s resisting calls from leftist radicals to scrap Immigration and Customs Enforcement altogether. Yet he’s “placed deportation officers on a leash so tight that some say their work is being functionally abolished,” reports the Washington Post.
ICE deported fewer than 3,000 people last month, an all-time low for the agency’s 6,000 officers, despite a caseload of 3.2 million and a 20-year high in border crossings.
A court blocked Biden’s 100-day ban on most deportations, so he just imposed new rules that shift the agency’s priorities and make it tougher for officers to detain virtually anyone but the most serious criminals and known national-security threats.
Agents say they now spend their time on paperwork, working out or doing nothing at all, the WaPo notes. They actually fear being disciplined more for making an arrest than not making one.
Border Patrol agents, meanwhile, have little time to stop people from crossing as they’re on babysitting duty for unaccompanied minors who’ve entered illegally.
It plainly amounts to the open-borders policy the hard left wants.
America needs ICE and Border Patrol agents to stop drugs, criminals, potential terrorists and even those merely looking to cut the legal-immigration line before they enter. And it needs to send a clear message that those who manage to get in illegally will be deported quickly......

Either way, "depression" isn't the root cause of the drugs. It's people just being weak and ignorant.
TBH, I think the US is probably very capable of stopping the illegal drug imports...they're just allowing it in.
I mean you have border patrol, dog sniffing for drugs at airports, advanced radar systems - htf are the cartel still able to sneak it into the US and find distribution? I mean they can find Bin Laden in a hole but they can't crack down on distributors?
Build a ****load of drones and have it cover the entire border. Build that damm wall.

This shifting of businesses can absolutely wreck the people. They will turn to drugs or go homeless. It is a feeling of being left out. And it's very scary. Just imagine, what if you were working at a factory and it got shut down? Sure, you can find another job. What if that one got shut down too? That is when you start turning to alcohol and drugs.
It's very sad when a business goes out. Because people can die from it. That is why I'm very strict when I work for someone.
