Chateaubriand - But you're not going to find it just anywhere.

Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way but, in 20 years if you're still here postin' in hhhnnnggg threads, beggin' for mod reps, and braggin' about whales you harpooned from POF, I'll f'in kill ya. That's not a threat, that's a fact, I'll f'in kill ya. You got somethin' none of us have, and you don't owe it to yourself man, you owe it to me. Cuz tomorrow I'm gonna wake up and I'll be red, and I'll still be a socially awkward/FA. And that's all right.

My vote is for filet mignon because anyone can cook a T-bone or a ribeye or a strip steak at home, whether on a BBQ or in a skillet or whatever.

But properly cooking a filet mignon so that it stays tender and juicy is actually pretty difficult.

Fillet.

You can taste clearly the difference between a well made fillet and a poorly made one. Ribeye is for peasant stakehouses where you need the extra fat for flavour since its easier to prepare.

If you’re a man porterhouse or top sirloin, if you’re a woman ribeye or filet.

I'm into a well-prepared sirloin, flank, or hanger over a filet. A delmonico hits the spot if they know what they're doing, too, but a lot of places don't and I never make it at home.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

Depends on the steakhouse and what their specialty is, but I ribeye is my goto, but the texture of a well prepared Fillet is just sublime.
I've had great strips too.

On the rare occasions I eat out for steak it's either Tomohawk, or Porter, followed by ribeye

Also hanger but that's rare to find.

I don't bother with Filet, strip or other ******* cuts

Boxed beef corp should be fully functional I’m hoping in 6 weeks, just finishing out some cattle on corn. Will definitely update the misc. ribeye is a fine steak, just over rated as all get out.
