RTIC vs Yeti cooler?
Did some research and seems like RTIC is the same quality but like $100 less
I ordered this one

I’ve never used an Rtic but I do have a yeti 110. Ice lasts way longer than it does in a typical cooler. We only use it for food when camping. Cons are it’s fuarkin heavy, no wheels, and it’s smaller on the inside than you’d think it would be. It will last forever though.

I have heard good reviews from RTIC
I was going to get one, but then a similar caliber pelican came up in some local classifieds for $150.
Works awesome in the boat, holds ice as long as we have ever needed. Plus if Yogi ever decides he values my food over his life, it will keep him out till I permanently resolve the situation.
This one is very similar to the model I have.

Took it to the Keys last March, and it performed really well.

I have 3 RTIC coolers that we use for our fishing trips and they are incredible. Would never pay the premium for the same cooler just for it to say Yeti. They keep fish ice cold for days while out on the boat in the direct South Florida sun

RTIC, Orca, and Yeti are all basically the same.
Get whichever one is cheaper. Which probably won't be Yeti, since they are the known brand for these types of coolers, so they charge a premium for their name.

i have one of each. the yetis are better. i dont think they are worth the premium unless you are going somewhere seriously isolated for a long period or possibly if you were a fishing. The RTIC will keep ice all day, The yeti might have ice 3 days later.

Both suck. Get a Pelican. GOAT 80 qt:

Far superior latching system than Yeti's gay recycled dildo rubber things, far superior locking system, wheels so you don't blow out your back and stop lifting for 2 months every time you use it, just kills it in every way for the same or less price.

Get the Yeti, put a salt life sticker on your truck and a pair of Costas and you've got the redneck riviera trifecta. Add in a Columbia pfg shirt and you'll be smashing sunburned sloots on vacation in no time lmfao.
But for real though one of my friends got one of the monster sized yeti coolers. I've never seen another one this big. Dude probably paid $1k for it. We loaded it up with ice and beer and me and him took it from the truck to the beach. The guy who bought it is one of the strongest dudes I know and benches 4 plates with chains for reps. We could barely move the fukn thing 20 ft without having to stop and take a break. It was at least a couple hundred lbs when it was loaded down. Worst walk from the truck to the beach ever. I told him to leave that chit at home next time

Plus you know it seals well because when its warm and you close the door and the temp drops inside from the ice its tough to get the lid open because it creates crazy suction.

Yeti is better, but it's all about your use for it. I use mine for my daily water. I don't need a $70 Yeti jug for that. I got a $25 RTIC and its great.

The latches on those Cordova's look like chit too.
Pelican's latch is GRIZZLY BEAR rated.
