only pro is Im now permanent 3 days in office/2 days WFH. Was only the occasional friday pre-pandemic

I haven't cheered for it, I've been against it from the start. However, I am enjoying the WFH. I'm hoping that they will let us keep doing it even after. There are some indications that that could be the case. Even if we just go into the office a couple of days per week, that would be cool.

Nope. I've been in the office normally the whole time. My commute is 10 minutes and I only work 4 days a week. I get to watch YT/movies/music so it's not much different than what I'd be doing if I was working from home.
