Have been with an Aussie Chinese exchange student pre-covid here in London and now a British-Vietnamese sloot;

You have to realize these people are just parroting what they've heard to be accepted. That's what their friends talk about and that's what they talk about. Particularly women are prone to this behavior. Most of them will tend to act the same and say the same things, especially if they're together, even if they told you something completely different an hour ago. As a weird example, I've had girls bring me around their friends obviously to be judged, and seen it happen to other guys. If the guy doesn't hold up to scrutiny they get dropped. Like, you couldn't make your own decision whether you like them? Whereas with my guy friends, our entire friend group will hate some of their partners and they'll defend them to their dying breath for some pussy. Not a universal or absolute thing, but definitely what I've noticed in my personal life.
People will argue in a certain way that, if applied to something they're against, they would immediately call out as a straw man or whatever fallacy it's popular to name. Just attempting to fit in with the crowd to be accepted. The desire to conform to some perceived norm fade as you get older, and there are very few men I've met face to face who actually espouse this kind of nonsense to me. It's either women, or men around women.

Most of the hard-core liberal women I encounter are Asian women. Many go for white dudes, but I also met some who were into black dudes. Asian women are only good for just smashing from time to time. I much prefer European women.

the asian people you meet in your western country are there because their parents were the cream of the crop in their home country so of course they are smart.
go to any of those countries and you will see that the typical person isnt super high iq. they are in line in what you woukd expect anywhere else.

sometimes when you get exposed to a singular viewpoint enough times, or hear the same thing repeated multiple times by multiple sources, I think people just subconsciously accept it as truth/reality. Pretty much that's what media and schools are pushing, and the lack of critical thinking and exposure to different ideas, and debate.
I remember in university a schizophrenic came to do a talk. Basically he would hear voices in his head telling him to kill himself, that he was a loser and would never amount to anything and it took every ounce of mental willpower and medication to try and fight those thoughts and convince himself no. Just imagine yourself waking up everyday and hearing that you should kill yourself, or just replace that with being told one thing over and over again. You'll probably believe it after awhile.
