I've had some ridiculously high AST and ALT levels in the past too. There's actually a lot of factors that can lead to this. High levels doesn't mean your liver isn't functioning well necessarily. It's an indicator something might be off. But it's not a causation thing first and foremost as you interpret these.
When did you have your blood drawn? I found out if you've done strenuous lifting the day prior can impact your results.
Your numbers might just be high too. If you see a noticeable shift in future tests where you see it spike is more of a concern. If this is your baseline you might be ok. Again, view this as an indicator rather than a causation.
You can do follow up tests if you're really concerned.
Edit:

The liver function parameters, AST and ALT, were significantly increased for at least 7 days after the exercise.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

played over 3 hours of (freedom) football the day before. Blood was drawn 4pm the next day.
My father says he has had consistently high liver values too. He was denied a specific life insurance package cos they thought he was a heavy drinker. He couldn't find his own test results when i asked him.

there's honestly a little bit of over reacting to blood test results going on right now in the fitness community.
Heart/BP/cholesterol are by far the biggest things to keep track of in fitness. There really arent many fitness people dropping from kidney and liver disease who dont drink/live healthy lives as far as exercise and diet go.
I mean if you are popping 100mg of **** you shouldnt be for months thats one thing and may be causing some liver damage but honestly most bodybuilders/powerlifters dying its from other issues(as stated cardiovascular, insulin, tren)

We talking about my registered pcp as of present until changed? Idk the fbi had been planning to go after all doctors refusing tj prescribe necessary medication but especially being influenced by blood pressure. Was he one? Idk but there are others on the list.
Guess how tomorrow works out will be of influence on it.
