Started a couple of weeks ago, but no weights so far. Can't really say I have gained any yet, doing reps til failure 2-3 sets on all exercises

Saving up to one like you bought. How much was it? Any bands? How are you going to progress?

bro so this one cost $90 including shipping, there's one that is a bit more expensive and i guess comes with extra accessories




this one in particular came with two resistance bands of varying resistance weight, i forget the numbers exactly. i plan on being super careful and starting out very lighht, will post videos for the lulz (ded fkn Srs)

16.68” neck here, with no direct work. I do BJJ and lift heavy though, but I think grappling is what caused the growth.

I’m working on going up a weight class, so strong chance I’ll be over 17” soon. I’m thinking a 17-17.5 neck will start looking “big”.

Arms and calves are both between 16.25 - 16.5” so at least it looks proportional.
