8 months now with no junk* food, longest ever without bingemaxing with only 1 diff...
*pizza, chips, snickers, ice cream etc;
Other times I have gone only a few months and then have a massive binge.
Can't lie, I still get cravings, but they are like 10x times easier to beat.
Only 1 difference. This time I am doing low carb and literally consume no sugary/starchy carb, doesn't matter if potato/oats or snickers/cake.
Thinking of continuing this and limiting leftover carbs from non-starchy vegetables to try a real keto mode. Noticed that my mood is more stable throughout the day with low carb.

Agreed. After like 2 weeks on animal-based it's easy to avoid all that stuff. Feels good mane.

Condiments - pesto, extra virgin olive oil (and whole olives), hot sauce, marinades (with no sugar), salt, onion/garlic powder;
Drinks/in-between fasting/meals - coffee, tea, sparkling water with a few drops of lemon, chewing gum;
I cook every meal fresh and I want minimal cooking/clean-up effort whilst no processed stuff so I just do either:
a) Salad bowl of tomatoes, cucumbers and greek salad cheese with EVOO and then spices that stick thanks to the EVOO.
b) A baking tray half of it full of meat with a marinade the other with veggies with EVOO. And I rotate veggies and meat.
* Don't like beef/lamb etc that much, and I have grown a distaste for fish recently, dunno why. So I don't eat those. Fish is also heavy in metal pollution. Although I would probably start eating shrimp - I miss that.
** Chicken breast is 3x more price for 20% more protein. Total scam srs.
Should probably buy a pan as well and add eggs and mince versions of pork.
Used to do peanut butter and nuts for snacking but it adds up easily and too calorically dense.
