Rate my Friday evening cocktail /10

Banana old fashioned.

2 oz Plantation Pineapple rum
0.5 oz bourbon
3/4 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
2 dash angostura bitters

Probably the cheapest bourbon on the shelf, Old Gran Dad high Rye. My local bar uses this is for their old fashioned and it’s spicy enough to tone down the sweetness. High pepper and vanilla.
