Freedom Day is delayed my UK boyos

July 19th is when we will all be allowed out to play. I have to say that the longer this chitshow goes on, the more i'm starting to think that the conspiracy theorists might be on to something. Almost half the country has been fully vaccinated, but we still need to stay at home and save lives. WTF MANG?

its not going to even open up on the 19th boyo. We are pretty much one of the best vaccinated countries in the world so if they cant fully open up now in the height of the summer its never going to open up again, lockdowns will be used whenever winter comes around again. Protesting doesn't do anything, actual action is needed as they dont care otherwise this doesnt end.

Lmao, couldn't imagine still being under lock down. I went nuts without no gym for 2 weeks, we've been open about a year now and wouldn't even know covid exists

I rag on the UK as an American, but Europe is definitely at the frontier of this lockdown business in the West.

From what I've seen, the Netherlands is in the same boat. They have brought out dogs, water cannons, and riot police just like they did in Alabama during the Civil Rights protests in the 1960s.



Look beyond the conspiracy theories, just look at the facts. Governments are capitalizing on the fear to extend their powers, and this has been good for large corporations. That's not some wild theory, you can plainly see the businesses that have made record profits during lockdowns.

Europe leads the liberal parties of America, and they've tried to emulate the lockdowns that Europe has been experiencing. Both are following the lead of China and their lockdown policies which are heavily fascist. Europe has been under constant protests with a violent response.

The other user here is right, they won't listen to the protests. The lockdowns weren't even a matter of a vote, they were undemocratic and done under the thinly veiled guise of "public good".

If you really want to hit them where it hurts, you need to put together a strike. They can't ignore that.

I lost my mind when my gym closed. Twice for a few months each time. I gained a bunch of weight and drank like 5x per week. I don’t know of many places that still have closed gyms but thank god it’s not here.
