Even if you’re 0% suicidal you have to realize at the end of the day that you’ve been dead for billions and billions of years before you were born and will (probably) be dead for billions and billions of years afterwards.

What you do between those two periods is up to you. You won the lottery of life, however mundane it may seem. You got to stick your head up out from nonexistence like a gopher for a little bit so you gotta find SOMETHING, ANYTHING that makes it worthwhile.

Everyone goes through this phase of questioning the hamster wheel they’re running on and it’ll probably always be in the back of your head but if you can’t find a way to tune it out on some level then you’re fukked.

Then suddenly life beats the chit of you; some random sickness, the unjust death of someone you care about, some sh*t people almost totally unrelated to you do that negatively impacts your quality of life, and so on.

All of this is insane the more you think about it, but that’s life, son. Existence is suffering.

Key to happiness is doing what makes you happy, regardless of what others want from you.
Finding that special other half in your life is definitely up there as one of them, the right person can make or break your life. Everything that comes from it is just an additional bonus, kids, family, etc.
