That might be the most mental gymnastics I've seen on snopes. Did you read the article? The video is real, they can claim the reclassification from 450 to 950 didn't cause this to happen all the want but the bottom line is people know nothing will happen if they shoplift. They have them on video, this took place a year ago, and they were never arrested. Snopes is aids.

Hope everyone can see what is happening here: the ultra rich who can afford to insulate themselves from the common trash are supporting policies to embolden the common trash and pass the pain/costs to those of us who can't afford to insulate ourselves.
