Depends on who is producing the music. If you're talking about getting their inspiration, then there's nothing wrong with that. All industries do that. But there are a lot of talented producers in the Kpop industry. My favorite is Teddy from YG.

And NingNing looks like a dollar store version of BlackPink's Jennie. SM is slacking.

The best part of Kpop is thatdecency, talent and hard work are still relevant in their industry and culture. Sad to see them getting corrupted by western filth. It's no surprise that YG, the company that sucks the most american cawks and is heavily hip-hop influenced has the most scandals, the least talent and unfortunately the biggest boy group in kpop history. I love those groups as well. Actually I love a lot of girl groups. They make better music than the boy groups. But yes, BLACKPINK right now is making the best music. If you hate it because it's too western, that's fine. Good music is good music to me. As for sukking up to the west, BP wasn't formed to sukk up to the west. They just happened to get really popular in the west and YG took advantage of it. They struck lightning with that group considering 3 of the members are fluent in English. But their success in the west was more accidental than it was a strategy.

Also, yes, visually, BP is way better than Aespa. Like I said, Karina is the only one worth talking about. But even she has some weird features. Small head with a long neck. Kind of looks like a golf club. Still pretty though. The rest make me lulz. Winter is pretty. But seriously, put her in any other group and nobody would care about her no lip self.
