I've been really into the latest emulation handhelds lately. We got to the point where you can get a $100 device and have it play PS1 games perfectly, even N64 and Dreamcast is starting to run smoothly on these devices.

If you want something more advanced you are getting into some of these android devices that can do more, but they tend to be a lot more expensive and complicated. Heard some companies like Alienware were working on what is essentially a portable PC handheld, not sure how that has been coming along though. Seems like we are still a generation away from having handheld PC's like that, but it's coming soon.

Do you have an Nvidia card?

I have a Note 20 Ultra, bought this

(make sure to get the USB C variant, bluetooth lags)

Stream your games to the phone using Moonlight.

I originally bought it for emulators then someone mentioned the app. It works flawlessly, zero lag, the only issue is that you have to be on your wifi meaning you can't take it on the road, but playing any PC game in bed or on the chitter is pretty cool.

There are a couple, too small for me. Look into Aya Neo or GDP Win3

I briefly considered getting a Win3, but that keyboard was a deal breaker. A better one, maybe with a stylus to actually use it, I might have gone that route
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
