Don’t they have mathematicians and chit so the launch angle and speed are right so that doesn’t happen or he just goes for it and hopes for the best ?

According to the video looks very much like the latter

Also… says something about 150ft warmup.

Looks more like 150 yards to me. I think he got feet and yards mixed up.

And now he’s got got feet and head mixed up.

This. I thought ramp building like this was pretty much nailed down by now. You see all these people building crazy ramps and i REALLY don't think there is a reason to just be guessing on ramps like this. I assume he didn't expect to come up that short though, if you look at some of his other jumps he's landing way on the downside of the landing leaving plenty of room for error.
