At this point I think each country sets their own rules.

So far I think Croatia and Greece don't require them, and Italy/Spain do.

you obviously didn't read the article yourself you can still get quarantined 10 days good luck enjoying your holidays when you have to pay for your own incarceration for 10 days.

At least in Spain if you can prove you have the antibodies meaning that you already had the desease. Anyway you've seen The US vaccination certificates is literally a piece of paper. Download a template and fill it up yourself, you can fake one with bare minnimum PS skills
