The smaller you are, the better you tend to be at deadlifting. But the same is not true for squat.

I do, but most people seem to be surprised that I have abs, despite having some vascularity in my arms. Short bicep heads so my arms look like chit, I just look bulky due to a big chest and okay delts. I don't lift much nowadays but I've started getting back into it. Used to struggle to be 180 since my body always seemed to auto-regulate to like 150-160 if I didn't lift and eat like crazy, fortunately now I stabilize around 180. Dat dere old man muscle maturity I've been waiting on since my teen years.

Take flex for example, the guy is probably married, in his 50's lifetime natty, and his goals are strength related.. and his lifts are super impressive for a lifetime natty his age, and i doubt he has any interest in being the lean guy to try to get girls or whatever, his physique is perfectly fine for what he is trying to pursue. Yet here you are, trying to force your standard on him, making call out threads but why? I just don't get it. Why do you think everyone should be working towards your personal physique goal?
A 'good' physique is completely subjective, yes there are physiques that appeal to wider audiences but who really cares? The fact is, the misc is mostly guys who are in their 30s and 40's by now, they've gotten over their insecurities, half of them have wives, and they lift to attain their ownpersonalgoals, rather than to appease other people.. which honestly is alpha AF. Just LOL @ people who lift for anyone but themselves.
