Bro let me tell you no one is mirin 18s on a manlet. Manlets have no business tryna get jacked, you probably look more wide than tall, anything past athletic on a manlet looks repulsive. Trust me, I’m just saying what most people are thinking

And nah, athletic physiques are where it’s at . Something like this

This is fairly common among leaner/smaller/taller lifters.

The smaller you are, the better you tend to be at deadlifting. But the same is not true for squat.

I do, but most people seem to be surprised that I have abs, despite having some vascularity in my arms. Short bicep heads so my arms look like chit, I just look bulky due to a big chest and okay delts. I don't lift much nowadays but I've started getting back into it. Used to struggle to be 180 since my body always seemed to auto-regulate to like 150-160 if I didn't lift and eat like crazy, fortunately now I stabilize around 180. Dat dere old man muscle maturity I've been waiting on since my teen years.

Funny thing is, you need amazing genetics to look like that, with a heavily focused fitness lifestyle. You wont get that physique with 2 cycles of bulking and 2 of cutting. You get that after years of eating the right stuff, training the right way on a consistent basis while having good genetics.

That physique is beating any 18" and bird chest gymrat anyday of the week and twice on sunday
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

This is what lets me know these hollywood actors are juicing to get their physiques, because it's NOT an easily attainable physique and they get there in like 7 months with chit routines lol. But I agree completely with this

Your concern with what others want to do with their physique screams insecurity though. Some guys aren't lifting just for girls, and some guys simply have different goals to you. I personally like to stay relatively lean and it's difficult for me to go full bloatlord anyway because i'm pretty tall, but i know it's not for everyone, and if you want to get strong af which is some peoples goal, then you need to add a bit of fluff usually, especially if you stay natty. But realistically, only super insecure individuals spend as much time and energy as you appear to telling other men what their personal lifting related goals should be. Not everyone is trying to attainyourideal physique.

Take flex for example, the guy is probably married, in his 50's lifetime natty, and his goals are strength related.. and his lifts are super impressive for a lifetime natty his age, and i doubt he has any interest in being the lean guy to try to get girls or whatever, his physique is perfectly fine for what he is trying to pursue. Yet here you are, trying to force your standard on him, making call out threads but why? I just don't get it. Why do you think everyone should be working towards your personal physique goal?

A 'good' physique is completely subjective, yes there are physiques that appeal to wider audiences but who really cares? The fact is, the misc is mostly guys who are in their 30s and 40's by now, they've gotten over their insecurities, half of them have wives, and they lift to attain their ownpersonalgoals, rather than to appease other people.. which honestly is alpha AF. Just LOL @ people who lift for anyone but themselves.

Oh, don't get me wrong, plenty of dudes over 200 lbs are ugly as fuk and look like sh!t.

But lifting weights and being 160 lbs is basically malnourished status. Why lift weights to still have barely any lean tissue on your frame? No thanks. Brb, no one respecting you.

Honestly it just blows my mind how people can not see it’s optimal to be somewhat lean (sub 16%BF), you will literally feel better. Moreover, I think people cope a lot, I think they pretend they enjoy being fat but really they admire the physiques on the front of the magazines but they just don’t have the discipline to get there. Unless you’re making money off your physique there really is no point in going full bloat lord, like really, you’re wasting your time and money on extra Cals for no real tangible benefit. I literally refuse to believe a normal man aspires to be 35% bodyfat just to be strong
