So is real estate going to crash or just keep going up forever?

Houses in the ****tiest part of miami now $500k when two years ago they where 250k


Anyone one have any predictions on this? Dam Cali and NY *******s dumping money on 300k on even a 1 bedroom apartment with 500sq ft

probably retract slightly then level out and over longer term "correct" itself, although prices will still be fairly higher than what they used to be....my guess

In the US, about 15% of homes are vacant, and there are 42 million rental units. A Weimar-Republic-level failure of the fiat US dollar or extreme civil unrest worse than last-year's Floyd protests could break society's expectation that people have to pay rent or that squatting is not socially acceptable.

If too many people don't have the ability to follow the law, or simply don't want to, then there is no law. Simple as that.

Squatters don't really have rights in every state. Just the more liberal ones I believe.

Squat in the wrong place and you'll end up in jail and all your schit in a dumpster somewhere. (if your lucky)
