anyone here actually gotten COVID from the gym?

been using a home gym since covid started and now it's too hot outside to be lifting in my garage. just signed up for a public gym, planning to go daily during lunch hour.

I haven't gotten the vaccine.. and am in Texas. you guys know of anyone that got COVID at the gym, or is it not likely? won't be wearing a mask.

i haven't worn a mask since the beginning of plandemic and have yet to get covid. I even tested negative 2 weeks ago. Just stay away from retards who are coughing.

My gym has been open since last June and I don't know that anyone has gotten COVID from there. I go once a week. If there were Covid concerns I'm sure they would have said something at some point.

How would you even know? If you went to the gyms during the last year you probably went to restaurants and everything else, so it would be hard to figure out where you got it. Everything stayed open where I was from.

Just get the vaccine srs.

My gym opened back up at the end of May 2020. I've been going just about every day since then, no mask, no wipes, ect. The most ill I've been in the last 1.5 years is regretfully getting the J&J vaccine two months ago. Not one whiff of the 'vid from the gym.

just don't touch your face. it's a good habit to have regardless of covid


breathing transfer is BS, I traveled with a few covid patients without masks and didn't get chit

it's droplets IMO

yea I only touch my face with my forearm if anything, or my bicep. very interesting if it's truly just droplets. I would imagine the only way to get it at that point is if you're talking to someone face to face that's infected

I haven’t stopped going to gym during the pandemic, since my gym was on the DL. However, as a precaution even before Covid, I always wash my hands before leaving the gym.

Been going to the gym since it reopened October 5th. Even had 2 spikes of covid in my city. Nothing happened. As many stated, dont touch your face or if you have to, go use alcohol first.
