I made a profile so I can find a new job, and I get subjected to this crap



Non-stop BLM ****, too. 90% of all companies posting openings have the rainbow theme on their company logo. The purpose of this site is to network for business purposes (right?) but apparently all the other dozen social media sites just aren't enough for them to promote their virtues. This **** is a virus, srs.

I don’t even want to have a job in corporate America anymore. I understand the financial opportunities of climbing up that ladder, but is it worth the bullchit office politics, SJW HR departments, 9-5 no life schedule, miserable commute, I can’t stand it anymore. I want to start either an online business or become a tradie at this point.

LinkedIn is everyone sharing popular opinions because nobody wants to admit how they really feel about a subject because they don't want to tarnish potential career advancements. It's boring and predictable.

I use it daily for networking. Don't even scroll my newsfeed or read a single post anymore though.

Just go to LinkedIn for the job board. The social media feed is toxic, everyone knows their current/future employers can read everything they write and everyone is fake af. It's work PC culture turned up to 11.

That woman's post has a point though... a woman who has the poocey power and isn't riddled with massive crippling insecurity would be the most powerful person in the world.

If she didnt need validation why all those hashtags and tell the world? its because she wants validation from the likes and praise and the you go girl crowd to praise her lol

If you didnt need validation you wouldn't be on social media or announcing it tot he world you would just post regular stuff.
