I am so tired of this corporate existence

dead srs, feels like fake **** all day every day


on top of that, job titles are so random buzzword soups you can't figure out what is what (to make moves)


really fukken sad

Look at the big picture of what your corporation does. Doesn't excite or motivate you? You're in the wrong business. Corporate life is fine as long as you believe the product is noble. There are many goals you can set by climbing the ladder, and you'll be a millionaire by the time you retire.

Yeah I leave early all the time because I'm the only one doing work in my area most days and the environment is so fake and weird

They also don't seem to want masculinity in the office for some reason and they are always micromanaging but know nothing about my job

I've never worked at a place like this before

The off the wall and egotistic job titles are absolutely the cringiest, most pathetic things ever.

The only way is to start your own business and kill it out there. Be your own boss, work your own hours, and if you ever get to that level, eventually pick and choose your own projects/work to take if it’s worth it. Hoping to be self sufficient and self employed by 35 yrs old myself.

But seriously agreed. 25 been doing corporate for 4 years and everyday think about quitting. Looking to start a business so at least I see the fruits of my labor. Also planning to make different investments when the time is right
