I hike, and play soccer a lot. Go on the occasional jog...almost busted ass the other day when I was jogging, and saw some HBB pass me with a phat ass had to look back, and almost tripped over my feet.

I walk, jog 1-3 miles a few days a week, do stuntwork/parkour, sporadically do some boxing/MA lessons, & mix my weight training with hi rep calisthenics.

6 to 8 mile runs 2 to 3 days a week out in nature
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Both as well.

Anyways back to this more relevant subject this swings both ways here and? The main reason tj leave men out is just in order to influence the young ladies, shielding them from psychopaths like Kim k and that way? Once they get married and choose the men whom they choose tj share their positions? They’re actually worth being married to.
I assume every make can agree? That? Having some tori type, who is far less talented than she thinks with this type of mindset is detrimental to all men everywhere...
An example must be set taking a pretty hard stance on this

But I'm slow outside.
I start sprinting outside I gas real quick.
For some reason treadmill doesn't translate to outside for me.
For some reason 1st round of AMRAP in CrossFit, I'll explode. I'll do 20 pullups, 70 rpm on the assualt bike etc. But every round after that I can't do a single pull up. I go 40 rpm on the assault bike. Maybe this is a nutrition problem. Idk

In good weather, I do 8 mile hikes on Saturday and again on Sunday. Never the same trail either. Gym lift during the workweek, unless I travel out of state. In which case I try to fly out early in the day, to get enough time to find local trailheads to spend a couple hours on, since hotel gyms suk.

Hiking. 1,000+ miles per year during all 4 seasons for a minimum of 20 days per month. We have a bunch of cardio equipment also (wife's section of the gym), but I would rather be outdoors.

2. Running on a treadmill is running in place. Your legs are working to maintain your current position. Running outside you're actually moving through space and propelling yourself forward.

Jogging 5/7, listening to audiobooks, and often enjoying the beautiful scenery of the waterfront.

I always found inside gym cardio to be a waste of time. I play soccer with my dog every morning (she's an extremely active mix of high energy farm breeds), we go hiking in the woods, and take long walks. That's pretty much it at this point in my life. It's daily and it's more functional, more fun.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Mostly use the stairmaster at the gym. Recently started playing 5 a side football (soccer) and it's really tests your fitness levels, was gassed out after 10 mins lol.
Boxing/sparring is pretty good too but I haven't done it in 2 years.
