Do you think eating "real food" for breakfast creates any longterm issues?

A person should be eating high-fat, high-protein, low-carb, high-vegetable diet.
Yet the Food Pyramid says the majority of our food should be from grains. WRONG!!! It's completely backwards.
Grains are full of Gluten and Carbs causing food allergies and high blood sugar which leads to diabetes and other cancers.
People should be eating nuts and seafood and non-starchy vegetables.
Corn is terrible for you. It's a high-gycemic index food. Full of sugar.
Look at every box of food and you'll see - High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated Oil. Highly Processed Corn Products.
It's pure poison.

Modern Fruits are also heavily modified. Most fruits are full of added sugar. Fruits are not what our Ancestors used to eat. Treat fruits as candy. Just full of sugar.

I eat a ton Eggs in the morning. The Yolks of Eggs are full of Cholesterol, B- Vitamins etc. It's the most nutritious part of an egg.

I have read about how the lobbyists for various industries have shaped our viewed of an appropriate breakfast. There are reasons we've been led to beleive that processed grain/high fructose corn syrup kibble swimming in milk with a glass of orange juice and some toast with butter is the best choice.

Why would you think it's going to cause long-term health issues? The only potential issue I see is eating large, bulky breakfasts can leave you hungrier all day. In general I try to do a "low volume" breakfast (protein shake and a fiber bar or something) just to minimize the stretch so my stomach isn't expecting a massive lunch / dinner.

Before I switched to IF 8/16 a few years ago I was eating eggs, yam and broccoli for breakfast everyday. I don't think it matters what you eat when you eat it as long as it's not crap food.

There's no issue with what you're doing OP. Foods don't have morality attached to them. There are no good or bad foods

The body's preferred source of fuel is carbohydrates or glucose more specifically. You know what part of your body really loves glucose? Your brain! But yeah, go on with your low carb diet.
I'm not sure that person understands how blood sugar works at all so I'm not going to touch on that specifically.
The glycemic index is only applicable on an empty stomach and the food is eaten in isolation. I'm not a huge fan of corn personally but there's nothing inherently wrong with it
High fructose corn syrup is only an issue because people end up over consuming fructose in general. Fructose is processed and stored in the liver. Your body has a finite capacity for processing fructose. Excess is immediately stored as fat even when hypocaloric.
Demonizing fruit at all and appealing to an ancestral diet is complete pseudoscience nonsense. Engineering foods for a variety of reasons has had nothing but a positive impact on society

1. I remember a while back you said something about how peanut/peanut-based products like PB are bad for you because they cause intestinal inflamation or something. (Pretty sure that's what you said.) Well, what would you recommend as an alternative to peanuts/PB that's equally nutritious?
2. How much protein do you recommend people looking to gain size/weight/strength consume per day? Is the commonly-cited 0.8-1g/lbs of bw accurate? Does the source of protein have a significant impact (e.g. beans and lentils vs chicken/tuna/beef)?
