Anyone do single leg deadlifts?

How do you do them? Do you treat them like a straight leg deadlift or do you try to emulated the bar path of a conventional deadlift?

Single leg hyperextensions w/ weight is OG. What you're trying to do is snap all kinds of 5h1t

I understand your sentiment. My friend was prescribed this in pt so I started doing them and it took care of a ton of hip mobility issues. Was incredibly surprised. I'm doing 3x5x160lbs and it's pretty fukking hard.

They are awesome, but definitely focus on form rather than trying to lift heavy weights

I didn't know I had such right hips/glutes before I did them. Now I just want to know where to go from here.
I get the sense that I should just keep expanding my ROM instead of weight.
