Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time: So Is Cardio [book]

Anyone read this? looks to be an advertisement for his isometric, or resistance bands device. Comments and questions are interesting to read.

That book keeps getting advertised on my Amazon account.
I’m not familiar with it, and not sure if he’s trying to use a shock title to gather interest in his book.
The fact of the matter is that nearly all athletes lift and do some form of cardio - HIIT, LISS, or both.
Can you be lean without cardio? Sure, your diet has to be on point and be in a caloric deficit. Can you gain muscle without weightlifting? Sure, calisthenics are good and you need to be in a caloric surplus. Is it the most efficient way of getting bigger? Probably not, I’d contend lifting weights is much more efficient.

It's not a waste of time but i absolutely hate how you lose your gains after a few months.
Brb work/diet your ass off, brb covid and closed gyms, brb look like a nonlifter 6 months later.
I'm planning to do 2 days lifting and maybe 3 days boxing instead of 5-6 days lifting.
Least with boxing you learn to defend yourself which is a good thing to know.
Plus you still get a pretty good body that way as well.

I’m able to make gains on 3x a week lifting and 4-5 days a week of BJJ with 3-4 days of cardio. I just have to eat a lot. I’m also in my mid-30’s.

This ******* has been pushing his stupid bar and bands **** for years, don't buy his book, the guy is a retard. We have plenty of evidence to suggest that lifting weights gets better results than curling with bands. look at his site ffs and make your own decisions.

Even resident cuck vegan gains ripped this guy, video gives a good look a the actual product so it's worth looking it (not arguing diet advice, just the product). It's just bands, this guy's program is nothing special. You can make all that **** on your own cheap and get just as good of results if you wanted to do band work only.

Did this dude really say anything but meats is a waste of space in your intestines, or is that banner on the video from someone else's words?
I can't imagine someone actually saying that without trying to suppress a laugh.

I hope bands aren't too much of a scam. I actually just ordered 2 sets yesterday.
Resistance is resistance, right?
No interest in the book though. Feels clickbaity. Plus nothing can replace cardio, that stuff improves so much in your life like energy, mood, heart health, hormones, sex skills, etcetc...
Ah apparently that book is a sales pitch for his X3 resistance band/bar/standthing. It's also 500$. I've ordered 10 bands + handles for 60$ on aliexpress lol.

sad part is many will actually believe it cause they now seen it written on the front of a book.
im currently in the worst shape of my life. lifting and cardio to me is essential for both physical and mental health. most just dont have what it takes to do either.

Dude has textbook a textbook swollen roid head. Looks like a thumb about to pop. But please tell us plebs how to get jacked.
