I would say: This is what happens when someone with chit tier genetics works out hard, takes a lot of supplements (of the chemical kind) and puts on a ton of mass. Dude looks great but super narrow, weird insertions and such. Still a 9/10 by normie standards, of course.

While his body genetics are dog tier, his face genetics are Godly, dude doesn't just pull off the bald look - actually looks better bald than with hair.
