They're not legit mentally insane. Usually they're 18-19 year olds who tried some self harm after getting dumped/cheated on by their boyfriends so their family forces them into a psych ward for evaluation. They're only in there for 2-3 weeks to make sure they're no danger to themselves or society and then they're out again.
Perfect time to meet them, create a bond and smash after they get released. I posted a lengthy thread a while ago on how to do this but can't find it anymore.

Anyways you'll be surprised how many ''sane'' women once went to a psychiatric hospital at least once in their life. and 46% of all women in the USA are on antidepressants.
Yet it's perfectly normal to smash them.
