Great question OP. Apparently Brits are still bamboozled after centuries of brainwashing. They worship their royal family forgetting that they have been a bunch of leeches who have oppressed the plebs just to live a wealthy life. These days they're some kind of modern celebrities, they're constantly putting on an act - stupid tabloid newspapers pick that bs up and make it look like there's intriguing stories going on. It's cringy as hell to observe from afar.
