HGH gut is a myth

HGH and insulin both slow down motility of food digestion which can leave you with a lot of food in your stomach an intestines and a lot of inflammation of the digestive tract. Bodybuilders in the 90s and 2000s also started eating 2-3x what bodybuilders in the 70s and 80s were eating and their waists were 5-10 inches bigger from the sheer food volume they started consuming.

Now you are seeing bodybuilders who are still on the same levels of GH having slimmer and slimmer waists because they have dropped the food volume, the extrme bulking off seasons, and work on digestive health and lowering inflammation a lot more.

Yeah dude, it's just not practical - this whole lifestyle is an illusion.

you have to take more than a therapeutic dose (1iu) for that to occur, IIRC - thing is though i've heard that 4IU+ is where stuff gets really interesting.

Not really. I know what this world truly is. Once I studied determinism, causal determinism, Newtonian determinism, etc I checked out of society. But I “lack the constitution for suicide” as Rust Cohle from True Detective said. So I’m just coasting off of hedonism basically at this point. I wouldn’t say I’m depressed. Just indifferent about living the best life I can. But that was all predetermined anyway, just like everything else in the world.

LOL you sound exactly like me back in April 2019 - thinking that i had it all figured out.

You'll learn - whether you like it, or not.

Good luck.

Just because you used to think a certain way doesn’t mean you were wrong then and now you’re right because you feel better.

If someone was depressed and then found God and felt better, that doesn’t make God real.

I think you were on the right track in the past, but couldn’t accept the harsh ugly truths about reality so you found something else to replace the darkness with light. Even if that light was nonsense. I don’t blame you. It probably yields a happier life to block all these harsh realities out. Personally, I’d rather know every ugly truth in the world no matter how negatively it effects my disposition. And saying “I was just like you, you’ll learn.” Is a bit condescending and I can’t let that go unchallenged.

HCG prevents and even corrects testicular atrophy. It’s remarkably effective. If someone wants to run a lower amount of TRT just to keep them above about 800 total test, that’s perfectly reasonable. No need to overdo it. Too little testosterone is just as harmful as too much. High testosterone thickens the blood and increases red blood cell count.

Nothing wrong with being a truck driver at all brah. I know truck drivers that make over 100k a year. And that's not even working ridiculous hours.

People shouldn't look down on truck drivers. It's a respectable profession, and you'll always have job security with a CDL and guaranteed to make a decent living.

Yea I’m not too concerned about any sort of stigma, if there even is one for truck drivers. I know I’ll enjoy myself being on my own, listening to podcasts and audiobooks without a boss breathing down my neck. I just worry about not feeling fulfilled with a mostly mindless job.

that's just the thing, it's actually not correct.. Well let's just say there any many truths, and you can choose which one you live in.

Yeah it's a respectable profession but if you're a bit more clever than avarage, your mind can be put to better use.

Being mediocre and average never made a great difference to the world.

No test, only HGH. 2iu in the morning while fasted, eat first meal at lunch, bonus points for working out or doing some sort of physical activity while still fasted (like the cheat code for maintaining 8% BF while eating whatever you want). 5 days on 2 days off

Generics only crew. Pharma chit is way too expensive for the marginal benefit it may provide over generic... I've had no problems with good generics. Anecdotally, some people say pharma is noticeably different... but others say there is next to no difference... not really worth paying $500/month IMO. Would rather invest that money and retire earlier

Interesting thing is I actually got hooked on HGH after a car accident and was emotionally/mentally/psychologically fuked after a concussion (depression, constant anxiety, daily panic attacks). I went to a neurologist who does the studies on NFL players with CTE and he found HGH is basically the best treatment on the planet for people with post-concussion symptoms. I had all the hormones tested in my body and they decided I make enough GH endogenously than what would warrant a prescription, but I decided to take matters into my own hands and get some generics. Chit was life changing for my concussion symptoms... like it literally restored my life.

Dude heaps of guys and girls get hooked onto it because of the cosmetic effects that it elicits, in addition to increasing recovery and proton synthesis.

I'm not even on test and my deltoids look fuking unreal (srs) they're capped like I'm on gear but I'm not. Super easy to maintain 200 lbs (6'1) and sub 10% BF without restricting calories thanks to dat der hormone-sensitive lipolytic effects. Brb recomping all day every day. Really is the GOAT compound. Plus the skin/hair/cognitive effects are great

Yeah dude sounds epic - just enjoy it and don't go over board.

Watch out for your insulin sensitivity though if you're taking it fasted - as i recall from my biochemistry professor, that can promote type 2 diabetes.

I believe taking it fasted is actually better for reducing the impacts it can have on insulin sensitivity (since while you are fasted is the time when your blood sugar is the lowest, and GH will naturally cause blood sugar to rise - so if you were to use it within a few hours after eating a large meal, it will send your blood sugar to all time highs which then causes the insulin resistance). I could be wrong, but I've always thought fasted is best for minimizing high blood sugar impacts from it. Although you're right, insulin sensitivity is the #1 concern with this stuff... I really do need to get a blood sugar tester

Yes causal determinism is most certainly correct. You didn’t pick your genetics and you didn’t pick your environment.

“Causal determinism is, roughly speaking, the idea that every event is necessitated by antecedent events and conditions together with the laws of nature. The idea is ancient, but first became subject to clarification and mathematical analysis in the eighteenth century.”

Think of your life as one big movie. When you rewind a movie, it always plays out the same way every single time. That’s your life. You were always going to get cheated on by that girl, you were always gonna eat that bowl of cereal, you were always going to choose that apple over the banana. Your life is an unbroken chain link of events. You never had actual free will. Study after study after study has proven this. The data IS IN.

Most people think they’re the authors of their own lives. Or the pilots to their own planes. The truth is you’re really more like a passenger just watching your life play out. Every single choice you make follows the same exact rule. You will pick the choice that you feel is in your best interests. You will never and can never deviate from that rule.

I don't know brah, it might have to do with the downstream effects where it induces secretion of IGF-1 at supra-physiological doses?

My understanding of GH is that in addition to being anabolic, it also is part of one of the oldest systems which regulate an organism's metabolism - where the intended effect is indeed to increase blood sugar by getting the liver to breakdown and release glucose and adipoctyes to release FFAs, hence why the HGH levels increase during extended fasts; it's to fuel the organism. and promote survival, not to 'get shredded' by hacking our biology.

Insulin does the opposite, as in it decreases blood sugar, right?

That's how these two hormones work to maintain homeostasis in the system IIRC.

The hyperplasia of myocytes occurs mostly via the IGF-1 pathway if i'm not mistaken

Fair enough.

It’s similar logic if I said I KNOW god doesn’t exist. I can’t prove a negative. But I can say I’m 99.99% sure he doesn’t exist.

New stuff is always being discovered, and when it is, it's so obvious looking back, but not looking forward.

That's because reality is an illusion being created by your mind.

The next thing is that we are all inside of one mind, that is our universe is mental.

Thoughts carry vibrations and where there is resonance, two minds can interact - hence why the misc exists, and why we're all here.

Do you have any scientific, scholarly sources to back this theory up?

Also ask yourself if you simply believe this is true or that you WANT it to be true? Or is it both?

Because this post absolutely reeks of idealism.

There are no scholarly sources to back up the hermetic sciences.

This is instead an understanding of the world - it's a mental universe and we act as conduits for ideas, allowing them to manifest on the physical, like Newton 'discovering gravity', or Einstein 'discovering e+mc2'... that's why there's always a couple of people who discover or invent the same crap around the globe, or why scared geometry or archetypes exist.

Trust me brah i was just like you until i had an ego-shattering mystical experience and spend 1 year barely functioning, until my ego realigned with my true self, and now you just see through the illusion that is the 3D, physical manifestation of spirit.

This is basically what i feel, and it feels so right that it just works.

So.....feelings over facts. If something feels good, it must be correct. You sound a lot like Tom Cruise.

Tom Cruise got deep into Scientology, the most bullsh!t joke of a religion on the planet, invented by a guy who wrote more fake sh!t than anyone who has ever walked the face of the earth. And he believes in it because it makes him feel good. Doesn’t make Scientology anymore true.

Just stop with the whole “I used to think just like you” crap because it’s really arrogant, especially coming from someone 5 years younger than me.

You can’t do what I’m able to do when it comes to accepting harsh realities. I hate the idea that there’s no free will and that we’re all just basically a biological phenomenon on this planet. That we’re all just the sum of our urges. That we’re all just highly evolved apes. But unfortunately all the data points in those directions. I could choose to block that all out to make myself feel better and go through some sort of cognitive dissonance that leads me to believe the same hippy bullsh!t that you believe. But I put a premium on logic and reason. Not feels.

You’re a nice guy. But you’re not “a seeker of truths” like it says in your sig. You’re a seeker of feels. And it’s painfully obvious and transparent.

I’ll give you a little test you can do right now. Imagine all your newfound beliefs turn out to be wrong. How much pain would that cause you? What would it do to your “spirit” if all your current beliefs were proven to be false? How would you handle it? If you can’t answer this question honestly, then that’ll tell me all I need to know.

Dude, i don't think you understand what i am saying - i've kept trying to hold onto the mechanical view of life, but it just doesn't work, i just go back to the woo woo line of thinking.

I'm basically in a beneficial psychosis - like my feelings are driving my thought process, and not the other way around, so i can't logic my way out of this one.

In not stupid, as you can see i am quite educated and well versed in the hard sciences.

I know that we are evolved apes, but i think that with the power of consciousness we can evolve even further past being chimps.

No offence but you just sound really negative and depressed, and i was just like you - it's called a, 'dark night of the soul' in spiritual terms.

Not depressed. Just frustrating to hear someone with the username WiseOldApe and “seeker of truths” in his sig spewing out nonsense that has zero scholarly sources or scientific data to back it up.

And I still wanna hear an answer to my question you so conveniently avoided.

What would you do if your current beliefs were proven to be false? How would you handle it? How depressed would it make you?
