MISC Landlords, do you have a property manager?

How much do you pay them per month?

I want to buy property in another state that's why I'm looking into property managers, otherwise will just do myself.

Yes. Have a property out of state. Don't know how I would manage w/out a property manager. Only been doing this for like 6 months though, but experience good so far.

Some property managers are too much though, in terms of not letting you have any control or say over who your tenants are. Avoid those.

They're worth it, but you better do your research and find a good one. There are quite a few dogchit ones out here that are just in the business of collecting checks.

Bruh isn't the business of collecting checks the entire point of being a landlord? Aren't you calling yourself dogchit?

The whole point of a property manager or property management company is to delegate the work of owning property.

That way you just sit and collect checks on the back of other people's hard work.
