Cigarettes vs Alcohol

Anyone else wonder why alcohol packaging doesn’t have warning labels like packs of cigarettes?

Also

Alcohol packaging is marketed in a way that appeals to young people, even minors.

Thats all we get in terms of safe drinking warnings. I think cheers org nz must be a website with advice about safe drinking, but I've never been there just lol
