Rather the males comparatively to women in terms of value? Seems as though I guess I’d used this word without ever even looking it up. I’d merely been trying to define this fairness and equality line. Which I guess I’ve fumbled around at doing like a fool. What my major topic or argument had been? Was that basically when it comes to women? There is very little difference in terms of discrepancies with other women in terms of their value.

HVM acknowledge and respect the opportunities attributed with building social capital. How you earn that social capital, however, is what determines if you actually are HV or not.

I've worked with a ton of people who lie, cheat, steal to get ahead and it always catches up to them. They may gain status, but they aren't HVM.. they're grifters who will eventually slip and screw themselves over.

HVM build social capital in a dignified, honest way and will always find themselves surrounded by people who find value in their presence; those people will open doors for them any time they need it. Don't have kids yet but this is how I plan to teach it to my sons.

Simply: avoid social and career limiting behavior. Be a builder, lead from behind, bring people together, etc.
