She is Asian but exchange from Canada that got trapped here in the UK due to Covid.

She said she has had acne intermittently unlike some of her family back in Korea.

I asked her if she eats too much Western food because if she does her Asian phenotype is getting inflamed by the ****-tier diet and she must stick to what is good for her due to evolution.

She dismissed this high IQ diet knowledge as "Nazi vibes" but she said it was kinda hot.

Omega 6 - Omega 3 imbalance exacerbates this inferiority complex she has.

I cut out milk and most dairy except for cheese 3 years ago and I never ever get stomach aches or diarrhea anymore. Wish my fukking doctor told me because it took 23AndMe telling me I’m 90% probably lactose intolerant, lol.

Just take Lactaid pills with the dairy brah, no issues after I started doing that, can enjoy any dairy item I want now.

Too much Omega 6 and too little Omega 3 is bad.

Western diets make this easy to achieve without much thought.

Reduce Omega 6s = vegetable oils etc

Eat Omega 3 rich foods = fish

It is a better bang for your buck to consciously avoid Omega 6 rich foods and just eat some salmon rather than taking an Omega 3 supplement.
