Not really sure maybe but I can tell you what I don't do. I don't manipulate others threatening to hurt myself if they don't give me my way. I don't mooch off others. I mind my own business. I don't get arrested and then whine like a *******. I go to work, I pay my taxes, take care of those close to me. I have 3 rescue dogs I give a home to with love. I have a ton of cats I feed outside. I take care of people around me. At work I take on a lot of the time consuming headaches so the other guys can make their commission work, of course I get salary but my work helps them earn a living for their families.

What about you?

The subtitles on the video say "Hes got MY gun". And while not the easiest to pinpoint you can go 0.25x speed from 4:58 to 5:00 and can pretty clearly see him going for the gun.

Officers acted pretty chitty tbh, and im not really sure this shoot was in any way necessary watching the vid. But youre straight up lying trying to say he had his own gun and wasnt going for the officers or that it somehow wasnt clear. Aside from the fact that you can see him go for it, he is clearly delusional and had said he has a gun "in his shoe" and he was searched beforehand as mentioned in the video. You can make an argument against the cops conduct here without being a *******

My observations from watching it once:

1) If he was query OD he should have gone to hospital (also should be arrested under mental health act (or whatever it is in America)).

2) Police conduct was poor and it pushed the guy to react. It’s bull**** but doesn’t excuse what the guy did either

3) I don’t understand if the guy had a gun. Sound like he was high and just saying **** (ie: I have a gun in my shorts, then cops says something about shoe then he says he has a gun in his shoe). They may have been dealing with this guys antics for a long while. That explains their treatment of him at this point (not justifies, just explains).

4) I was under the impression he grabbed the cops gun. When the guy ran it it was a warning “I’m gonna kill you my friend.” I think he says that with the hope the guys gives up but he doesn’t so he shoots. This time frame is very short though so it looks/sounds really bad.

Overall it was disgusting conduct from the police and although they might get away with proper procedures this probably could have been prevented. We see these people in every occupation, ones that are great and ones that perform to the minimum standard and push the boundaries of what that is. It’s sad to see in the police force of course.
