Where does "less is more" apply in your experience?
I have noticed many people go from full couch potato to fitness terrorist and fall off in a month.
It is better to lift 2x per week for 20 years than 5x per week for 2 years and fall off.
It is better to have a bare-bones wardrobe and possessions to manage them easily and be ready to pursue opportunities in different countries.
It is better to have an evidence-based minimalistic skincare routine consisting of a cleanser-moisturiser-sunscreen rather than create a 10-step one that you will stop doing in a month.

better to do short workouts you can make time for almost everyday vs long ones you only do when u “have time,” been using this philosophy for years almost ever since I started lifting, when I have time I will do long workouts but I will still go to the gym even if I know I can only fit in like 20 minutes of lifting cuz it’s better than nothing. most ppl I know that started work out and quit always use the excuse that they don’t have time to workout for hour a day or w/e, imo better to do a little everyday vs a lot once a week or never

Good answers. Adding one: Doing things less often keeps them from becoming mundane.
I probably get as much enjoyment from the ~2 Starbucks coffees I have a year as the person who has them daily. My favorite food is crab but if I ate it constantly I bet I'd get sick of it by day 3.

Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

Talking.
Everyone needs to talk less.
Thinking.
Nothing is a hard or complex as we make it seem to be in our minds.
